About me
My name is Marco Carlini, I am a freelance. I work in motion graphics.
I am a fan of matte painting and animation in general. I dedicate my time to the creation and production of motion grapichs always going to find persuasive style and taste. My first encounter with the video took place during the academic years. I graduated as an art director, Academy of Fine Arts of the L'Aquila, Italy. Then, I continued and deepened studies related to motion graphics as an autodidact.
I started my professional life as an editor and videographer. Then I switched to motion graphics. At the same time, I worked in theater as a propman and painter of the scene. The first video works have been a show of video projections for the Lyric Theatre. Using different software. I started with Final Cut and Premiere, and then Photoshop, After Effects and Adobe package. In Italy I worked at a studio as a freelance TV and post production.
I have a working experience in motion graphics for 3 years. I worked for the study of postproduction "GM Productions s.r.l.." as a motion designer and video editor. I made commercials, television themes. For the RAI (Italian Radiotelevision s.p.a.), I worked how composer and rotoscoping, VFX for the show "Teach me to dream" direct and designed by P. Insegno. As a freelance I made television themes and commercials for local television.
